Office Policies

Anderson Hills Pediatrics welcomes new patients. We look forward to developing a “provider-parent” partnership with you, to meet the needs of you and your children.

Our professional team provides the quality care your child needs and the advice and counsel you want.

Appointments: Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 am until 6 pm. On Saturdays we normally schedule patients from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. If necessary, we do see patients longer into Saturday afternoon. We provide care 365 days a year.

Flexible Appointments: We offer same-day ill visit appointments. If your child is sick, we will see them the same day that you call.

Prescriptions: Our prescription refill number is 513-232-8100 option 3. Call this number at your leisure, anytime day or night, and we will process the refilling of your prescription. How quickly we can refill the prescription is based on what is being refilled. More specific instructions are included on the refill line.

Qualified Providers: All of our physicians are board certified in pediatrics. We are members of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Staff Physicians at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Mercy Hospital – Anderson.

Excellence: Our providers and staff are committed to delivering the highest level of healthcare and support for you and your family. We believe there is no greater privilege or trust than to provide care for your children.

Caring: If a problem arises outside of our normal office hours, there is always one of our providers on call 24 hours a day.
