Getting Your Child Ready for School

Anderson Hills Pediatrics is committed to preparing your child for school. Your child’s annual check-up meets all requirements of a school physical. Doing so allows your pediatrician to monitor your child’s growth and development, maintain vaccinations, oversee any problematic health issues, and ensure they are prepared for school. These are also the perfect time to speak with the pediatrician if you are concerned about your child’s readiness or development.

Forms and immunization records requested for school can vary by district. We encourage you to confirm with your child’s school what forms are needed. If your child is up-to-date on their check-ups and vaccines, you can quickly obtain a copy of their vaccination records through their patient portal. Please bring all the required forms to your visit with all patient and parent portions completed.
