About Dr. Leah Welty
Dr. Welty grew up in Nashville, TN. She ventured away for college and earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She completed medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2011 and subsequently enrolled in her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She completed residency in 2014 and has been at Anderson Hills Pediatrics ever since. Her clinical interests include breastfeeding, developmental pediatrics, parenting, and ADHD. She and her husband live in Anderson Township with their two sons and daughter. When not cheering her kids on in their own sports and activities, she enjoys running, traveling, hiking, camping, bird watching, volunteering at her church, and rooting on FC Cincinnati!
