Eden is a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and registered nurse (RN) at Anderson Hills Pediatrics, where she provides expert breastfeeding and lactation support to families. She is passionate about guiding both first-time and experienced mothers toward their unique feeding goals, ensuring they feel supported and empowered along the way.
“Lactation and breastfeeding support are my unwavering passions. I actively engage with mothers, both first-timers and those with prior experience, guiding them toward their unique feeding objectives. Witnessing their success in achieving these goals is the ultimate fulfillment of my dedicated lactation care.”
Eden understands that every breastfeeding journey is unique. Whether a parent is struggling with latch issues, milk supply concerns, painful nursing, tongue or lip ties, pumping, bottle-feeding, or weaning, she provides compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to each family’s needs. She believes in meeting parents where they are, providing both emotional support and practical solutions.
She frequently helps families navigate common breastfeeding concerns, including:
- How do I know if my baby is getting enough milk?
- What should I do if breastfeeding is painful?
- How can I increase my milk supply naturally?
- Is my baby’s latch correct?
- What are the signs of a tongue or lip tie?
- How do I balance breastfeeding and pumping?
- What’s the best way to introduce bottles without nipple confusion?
- How do I prepare for breastfeeding before my baby arrives?
As an IBCLC, Eden specializes in supporting families with complex lactation challenges, including low milk supply, oversupply, relactation, induced lactation, and breastfeeding after a NICU stay. She also provides prenatal breastfeeding education, helping expectant parents prepare for a smooth and confident start to their breastfeeding journey.
Eden’s goal is to provide non-judgmental, personalized care that empowers parents—whether that means exclusive breastfeeding, supplementing, pumping, or weaning. Seeing parents achieve their feeding goals and gain confidence in their journey is the most fulfilling part of her work.
