Vanessa Sinclair is a licensed pediatric behavioral health therapist at Anderson Hills Pediatrics, working in partnership with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC). With a deep commitment to supporting children, teens, and young adults through age 21, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation, school-related stress, social challenges, and behavioral concerns.
Vanessa understands that navigating a child’s mental health journey can feel overwhelming for parents and caregivers. That’s why she believes in a collaborative, family-centered approach, helping children develop the skills they need to manage their emotions while also equipping parents with tools to support their child’s growth. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic techniques, she works with children and families to build resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation strategies that last a lifetime.
In addition to individual therapy, Vanessa also leads ADHD Group Therapy classes for parents, providing guidance on managing attention challenges, executive functioning struggles, and emotional dysregulation. These group sessions offer a supportive space for caregivers to share experiences, learn strategies, and feel empowered in their child’s ADHD journey.
Vanessa is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where children and families feel heard, understood, and supported. She believes that most mental health concerns are not only common but also manageable with the right tools and support, and she is dedicated to helping families navigate those challenges with compassion, expertise, and hope.
